We are a 260MW cogeneration station located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Breck Scaffold Solutions has been and continues to be our scaffold service provider since January 2003.
I have worked very close with Mr. Royan Stewart and his staff for the past two years on various projects including major overhauls and have found their services to be very professional. Work has always been completed in compliance with our stringent corporate and site safety policies and procedures.

Congratulations to you on the staff you have deployed at the PCS Rocanville early works project job site. Your staff has consistently demonstrated tremendous capability and capacity in their daily work. Their work ethic and ability to effectively manage shifting priorities in a professional manor is commendable. Your work is that of a service group and in that your staff here has represented you in the best possible way. I have not been on many jobsites where the support group supplying scaffolding services have not had issues with conflicting interests and supplying the pressing demands of the other trades. In this I have not heard nor witnessed a discouraging word as the level of service supplied by your people on site is beyond compare.
I have found Breck to be a very competent, professional company. They presently take care of our day to day work, shutdowns and anything we throw at them. They manned up for a large expansion project over the past two years, working with us to keep manpower levels sufficient at all times. I am very satisfied with the work ethic.
